Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, business or firm name, mailing address, PTIN and identifying information needed for CE reporting, account credentials, brand assets you submit (such as a logo and colors), and the contents of messages you send us.

Payment information: payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not store full payment card numbers; the processor handles that information under its own terms.

Information collected automatically: usage data, device and browser information, IP address, and similar data collected through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Services.

Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including course delivery and branded platforms;
Process purchases and manage your account;
Report completed continuing education hours to the IRS as required of CE providers;

2a. Reporting to the IRS

As an IRS-Approved CE Provider, we are required to report continuing education completions, including the associated PTIN and identifying information, to the Internal Revenue Service. By completing a course, you understand and agree that this information will be reported to the IRS so your CE can be credited.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Services, including with:

Service providers who support our business, such as payment processors, hosting providers, and email/CRM platforms, under obligations to protect your information;
The Internal Revenue Service, for CE reporting as described above;
